Information We Collect

Content you submit: Room photos, prompts or instructions, generated previews, saved files, and related task information.

Transaction information: Credits, plan, subscription, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by AI Room Design.

How We Use Information

provide, operate, maintain, and secure the website and services;
create and manage user accounts and authenticate users;
process room images and instructions through the configured AI provider;
generate, display, store, and deliver room design previews and saved files;
administer credits, plans, subscriptions, payments, and usage limits;

monitor performance, diagnose errors, understand usage, and improve the service;
measure marketing or registration attribution where enabled; and

Room Images and AI Processing

You should upload only images and other content that you have the right to use. To provide an AI preview, we temporarily store your source image and send the image and your instructions to the configured AI provider. We run cleanup processes for transient source files after processing. Generated results and files that you save may remain associated with your account until you delete them or your account is deleted.

AI providers may process submitted content according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your room images to identify you or make decisions about your eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance, or other sensitive opportunities.

We may share information:

with providers that host the service, store files, provide authentication, process payments, send email, provide analytics, or generate AI images;
when necessary to provide a feature you request or complete a transaction;
with professional advisers, auditors, or insurers where reasonably necessary;
to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of AI Room Design, our users, or others; or
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share room images for third-party advertising.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account records, complete transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Transient source images are subject to cleanup after AI processing. Saved files and generated results remain available until you delete them or your account is deleted, subject to backups and records that must be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should not upload content that you are not prepared to process through an online AI service.

Your Choices and Rights

You may update account information, delete saved files where those controls are available, manage cookies through your browser, and email us about privacy requests. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to receive a copy of it. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed to children who are under the minimum age required to use online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please email us.
