Terms and conditions for using AI Room Design

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI Room Design, including our website, account features, room design studio, credits, saved files, and AI-generated previews. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet any minimum age requirement that applies where you live. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service and AI-Generated Results

AI Room Design lets you upload a room image and describe changes to create a visual design preview. The service and its results are provided for planning and visualization only. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unavailable, and may be similar to results generated for other users.

AI previews are not architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, safety, accessibility, real-estate, or professional interior-design advice. You are responsible for reviewing any result and obtaining qualified professional advice before making a renovation, purchase, construction, or safety decision.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

Some features require credits or a paid plan. The applicable price, credit amount, renewal terms, and limits are shown at the time of purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may expire or be subject to limits stated in the service.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize the applicable charges and are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew or end according to the terms shown at checkout. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are subject to the applicable checkout terms and law.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos, prompts, instructions, and other content that you submit to the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and allow us to process it.

You grant AI Room Design a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display your submitted content and generated results only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent we need to retain it for legal, security, backup, or operational purposes.

You understand that AI-generated results may not be unique and that we do not guarantee that you will receive exclusive rights in a generated result. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any result complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing;
  • upload content without the rights or permissions required to use it;
  • violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
  • use the service to make decisions about a person's eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance, or other sensitive opportunities;
  • bypass credits, usage limits, authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its providers;
  • upload malware or other code intended to damage or interfere with the service; or
  • use automated access except through an interface or API that we expressly authorize.

Intellectual Property

AI Room Design and its software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and original service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of our materials.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, payments, email, or analytics. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for services that we do not control.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature, model, provider, credit rule, or price. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that a generated result or saved file will remain available indefinitely.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable charges, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available controls or by emailing us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, liability, and disputes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and that the service will meet your requirements or produce a particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Room Design and its owners, employees, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
